Currently serving as Director for Business Analysis for a Filipino-owned IT BPM Firm that serves the Fortune 500 clients. Nino oversees the alignment of BA methodologies with enterprise-level digital strategy. His background spans the high-complexity landscapes of Banking and Fintech, where he has successfully spearheaded large-scale Process Automation and Digital Transformation Initiatives.

I lead teams of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Software Engineers to deliver varying products and services in different modern technology stack and methodologies.

When I interview BA candidates, I ask them 'What is your understanding of Business Analysis?' I always get the same answer - bridge between users and dev team, ensures quality by performing tests. I joined IIBA to promote the depth of Business Analysis encompassing a very wide spectrum of skills, processes, tools, methodologies, frameworks that will really fortify an individual's fundamental skills and experience as a professional regardless of role.
